Auburn plays in the BCS National Championship Game tonight against the Oregon Ducks. Local plans were interrupted by an ice storm that fortunately doesn’t seem as bad as it could have been. Nevertheless, we woke up this morning to a world that seemed to drip icicles. I wonder if those folks who prefer the team from across the state are thinking that for for first time in 53 years, maybe hell is frozen over?

After saying farewell to Marty, and Bruce and Gene (not pictured anywhere) and departing Emmitsburg we proceeded on to Philadelphia (Germantown). Why I took no pictures in Germantown, I have no idea. But, we ventured south to visit Longwood Gardens.
