This method takes only a bit less time, but you don't have to babysit it. Put it in the Instant Pot, set the timer, come back later when it's all done. I make 3-4 servings at a time, then reheat in the microwave.
I eat one serving, divide the rest up and reheat in the microwave for breakfast later in the week. Extras like fruit, peanut butter, sweetener, cinnamon or extra milk can go in either in the big batch or at reheat time.

- pour ingredients in to Instant Pot
- close lid
- Pressure cook 10 minutes
- wait 10 minutes
- release any remaining pressure
- stir
- add your choice of extras ( I like craisins, walnuts and maple syrup; but berries and honey work; maybe apples and cinnamon or applesauce and cinnamon and nuts. go nuts!)
